The first step to beginning treatment is to obtain a referral or prescription from a licensed healthcare professional. Then, schedule an appointment online or call our pediatric therapy clinic to schedule by phone.
Schedule an Appointment
After we’ve verified your insurance and eligibility, it’s time to schedule your child’s initial appointment! We will work with your family’s schedule to choose a day and time that is convenient for you.
Before your appointment, we ask that you complete our intake paperwork so that we can become better acquainted with you and your child prior to the initial evaluation.
