Pediatric Occupational Therapist

The primary duties of a pediatric occupational therapist generally include developing IEPs, conducting patient assessments, creating treatment plans, facilitating therapeutic activities, and communicating patients' progress to their parents and other medical professionals.


Speech Language Pathologist

Pediatric speech-language pathologists (SLPs) work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children.


Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Assistant (BCaBA)

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for individuals as designed by the BCBA. Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors.


Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.


Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

A registered behavior technician supports and implements a patient care plan created by a board-certified behavior analyst. They provide ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so clients can build and improve upon their communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.


Office Assistant

Responsible for performing administrative duties associated with the day-to-day business of Therapeds Works. Works under the direction of the owner and clinic supervisor. Responsible for performing specific office duties, including, but not limited to patient records maintenance and filing, patient appointments, telephone response, claims and billing processing, and Therapeds Works correspondence.


Pediatric Physical Therapy

Our physical therapists provide advanced pediatric physical therapy focusing on participation and independence in daily activities. We offer a creative rehabilitation environment for healing and improvement of function, strength, and coordination.


Volunteers

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for individuals as designed by the BCBA. Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors.
